The event is designed to strengthen team cohesion and boost cybersecurity reflexes in a fun and interactive manner, with a professionally produced streaming show.

How is the session going?

The event lasts precisely 1 hour and is structured into three phases: Intro (5 mins) with a welcome, format presentation, and rule explanation; Competition (25 mins) with phase 1 discovery (10 mins), an intermediate break with a leaderboard update (5 mins), followed by phase 2, the final race (10 mins); and Finale (10 mins) with the announcement of the final rankings, podium, optional awards presentation, and a debrief on key learnings.

What is the role of the Brain Security facilitator?

The host takes care of the entire event: explaining the rules, setting the atmosphere, providing live commentary on performances, announcing top scores, managing suspense, and hosting the award ceremony. You don't have to prepare or manage anything during the session – we handle everything for you.

What is professional streaming production?

We are launching a multi-camera setup with live streaming, expertly curated musical atmosphere, immersive sound effects, and engaging sequences including intros, breaks, announcements, and finales. It features real-time dynamic leaderboard displays and visually exciting effects. The experience mirrors a genuine gaming broadcast with professional production quality.

What's the maximum number of participants per session?

Up to 50 participants per session. For larger groups, we organise multiple sessions in parallel or successive slots.

What are the technical prerequisites for participants?

Participants simply need: a computer (Windows, Mac, Linux) or a tablet, a recent web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), a stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps), and sound enabled to follow the animation. No specific installation or configuration is required.

You can also opt for premium enhancements: prizes and rewards (provided by you or suggested by Brain), a leader’s address for the opening or closing speech, and a detailed post-event report with analytics and recommendations.

How long does it take to organise a session?

The typical timeline is as follows: Day -14: Kick-off meeting (30 min), Day -7: Setup validation and sending invitations, Day -1: Technical test with the organiser, Day 0: One-hour session, Day +2: Sending the session report. Therefore, plan for at least 2 weeks of preparation for a successful session.
