Frequently Asked Questions
CYBERCUP ENTERPRISE
What is CyberCup Enterprise?
CyberCup Enterprise is a gamified cybersecurity awareness platform that transforms training into an exciting and engaging experience. Our approach combines continuous training (daily micro-activities like Duolingo) and arcade competition (online and on-site events) to equip your teams with the 150 essential cyber reflexes.
How does the platform work?
The platform is built on two complementary pillars: TRAIN (Continuous Training) where your team engages in micro-activities of up to 3 minutes, allowing them to progress at their own pace while collecting points and tickets. Then there's COMPETE (Ongoing Competition) where, with the tickets earned, your team can join the Super Quiz Arcade - a timed 3-minute competition where a single mistake ends the game. They advance through a system of 5 leagues (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Master) with weekly promotions and demotions.
How many pieces of content do you offer?
Our catalogue features 150 cyber reflexes spread across 8 essential categories: controlling access, detecting phishing, managing passwords, thwarting social engineering, reporting incidents, protecting data, securing devices, and surfing safely. Beyond these core contents, we offer dozens of varied mini-activities and an AI content generation system that allows for the creation of an endless amount of personalised content tailored to your industry, professions, and specific risks.
What exactly is a CyberCup?
A CyberCup is an engaging gamified event that you set up within your company. The duration is fully customisable: from 1 to 3 months as standard, and up to 6 months or even a year depending on your needs. During this period, your employees take part in both modes (TRAIN and COMPETE), advance through the leagues, accumulate points, and challenge themselves on individual, team, inter-site, or global leaderboards.
Why is a gamified approach so effective?
Traditional training programmes typically see a completion rate of 20%. Our gamified approach, however, achieves 85% active participation. Teams no longer endure training; they embrace it. Fun mechanisms such as points, leagues, leaderboards, and boss fights naturally foster engagement and ensure better retention of learning.
How do my team members access the platform?
Once you've set up your authorised domains, your colleagues just enter their professional email on the platform and receive a Magic Link – a secure login link. No passwords or additional setup required. Access is instant and straightforward.
How to manage users?
User management is entirely flexible through your admin dashboard: Import CSVs or add individually/in bulk, automatic synchronisation with Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams to prevent any mistakes or omissions, add or remove team members on the fly, real-time tracking of individual progress, scores, earned tickets, and completed micro-activities, plus CSV export for external analysis.
Is the deployment complex?
No, the deployment is completely self-sufficient. Once you receive your access credentials, the setup is done online through a guided step-by-step interface. You merely provide the list of authorised email domains and the list of participants. The interface then grants you access to all the content, tutorials, and the Toolkit (including internal communication templates, posters, GIFs, visuals, and ready-to-use emails).
What is the league system?
The league system structures the competition in a fair and motivating way. There are 5 leagues: Starter (35% of players - entry point), Bronze (30%), Silver (20%), Gold (10%) and Master (5%). Every week, players can move up or down leagues based on their performance. The rules ensure a level playing field: a maximum of 5 runs per week, only the cumulative score counts, and the leagues dynamically adjust based on new entrants.
Do you offer personalised content?
Yes, upon request. Our customisation system works in a cascade: Sector → Profession → Risks → Behaviours → Targeted Drill. The dynamic content is tailored to the real challenges of your business thanks to our AI-powered content generator.
Do managers have access to the statistics?
Yes, a dedicated dashboard allows them to track their teams' overall progress in real-time, participation rates, individual scores, and league advancements. The data is presented in a clear and actionable manner to make management easier.
Is the solution accessible on mobile?
Fully responsive. All our content is perfectly suited for touchscreens, with videos available in vertical format for an optimal smartphone experience. Your team can train and participate in competitions from any device.
Should we inform the employees before the launch?
Yes, prior communication is essential to ensure engagement and participation. In fact, that's the whole point of the event-driven approach: to create enthusiasm and collective mobilisation. We provide a complete Toolkit with email templates, posters, GIFs, Teams/Slack messages, and all the necessary materials for a successful launch.
Can I organise multiple CyberCups throughout the year?
Absolutely. You can create as many events as you wish throughout the year: quarterly CyberCups, themed events (European Cybersecurity Month, internal cyber days), inter-site challenges, onboarding for new employees, and more. The platform allows you to create and manage these events with just a few clicks.
CYBERCUP ARCADE
What is the Cyber Cup Arcade?
The Cyber Cup Arcade is a genuine professional arcade machine, handcrafted in France, that transforms your lobby, cafeteria, or common area into a competitive cybersecurity playground. This is not just a screen plonked on a table; it is an authentic cabinet featuring 19mm melamine wood, a bezel crafted by a master French glassmaker, and a 100% customisable design to match your brand's visual identity.
How does the game work on the kiosk?
Your team members are playing Super Quiz Arcade - the same game available on the CyberCup Enterprise platform. Format: a timed 3-minute challenge, with one mistake leading to game over. The game draws from a database of over 2,000 questions covering the 8 pillars of cybersecurity, complete with boss fights and special rounds to make the experience immersive and unforgettable.
What formats are available?
We offer two formats to fit all spaces: Bar Top (counter format): H 65cm × W 61cm × D 49cm - Perfect for receptions, break rooms, and compact areas. Classic (standing unit): H 169cm × W 61cm × D 55cm - Ideal for foyers, common areas, lounges, and events. Both formats feature a 24-inch Full HD (1920x1080) touchscreen.
Is the installation complex?
No, the terminal is plug & play and fully operational in just 150 seconds. It operates via Wi-Fi or Ethernet (with a 4G option available) and features a secure kiosk mode, ensuring players remain within the game environment. Configuration is managed remotely through an embedded web portal, accessible via an SD card - no technical expertise required.
Does the terminal require network whitelisting?
It depends on your network security policy. If your infrastructure enforces restrictions, you'll need to allow access for the terminal to our servers. We provide all the necessary information (IP ranges, domains) to streamline the setup with your IT team.
Are the contents multilingual?
Yes, the terminal is available in French, English, and Italian by default, with the option to add other languages upon request. The content (questions, interface) is automatically updated, and new questions and boss fights are continuously added.
How does the competition work on the terminal?
The terminal displays a local or global leaderboard, fostering healthy competition within the company. The short format (3 minutes) allows everyone to play between meetings. This social experience naturally generates word-of-mouth and collective engagement.
What is the subscription model?
The kiosk is available under a renewable annual subscription, which includes: the kiosk itself (purchase or rental, depending on the plan), regular content updates, dedicated technical support, maintenance included, delivery and on-site commissioning. Delivery time: 1 month after order.
Why choose a terminal made in France?
Because we don't just do decoration, we create real professional arcade machines with the DNA of gaming and the precision of cybersecurity. Each machine is designed, assembled, wired, and tested in our workshop in the Paris region. Carpentry, glasswork, and finishes are crafted by French artisans. This is your guarantee of quality, durability, and sovereignty.
